Quality Management System ISO

ISO 9001 is an international standard that outlines the requirements for a quality management system (QMS).

It was developed by the International Organization for Standardisation (ISO) and was first published in 1987. The latest version of ISO 9001 is ISO 9001:2015, which was published in September 2015.

The standard is based on several quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach, and continual improvement. These principles ensure that ALXR consistently meets the needs of its customers and stakeholders, as well as regulatory and legal requirements related to its products and services.

  • Increased customer satisfaction: By consistently meeting customer requirements and continually improving its products and services, ALXR can continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Enhanced credibility and reputation: ISO 9001 certification is a widely recognised mark of quality and and builds credibility and enhances our reputation in the marketplace.

  • Greater competitive advantage: By demonstrating ALXR’s commitment to quality, it can differentiate itself from its competitors and gain a competitive advantage.

  • Easier access to new markets: Many organisations, particularly in the public sector, require their suppliers to be ISO 9001 certified. By obtaining certification, ALXR can expand its customer base and access new markets.

  • Improved communication and documentation: The ISO 9001 standard requires ALXR to have documented processes in place and to establish effective communication channels. This can help to improve the flow of information and facilitates decision-making.
